Knight Class
Skills will now have an upgrade system. You can upgrade skills via Combat Trainer NPC.
- Current skills: Slash, Cyclone, Erupt, Swell Life.
- Removed skills: Falling Slash, Uppercut, Twisting Slash.
- Redeveloped all the skills.
- Slash is a starting skill which automatically upgrades at level 10, 18, 25, and 32.
- Skills can be upgraded up to Lv. 5 max. (Max level will be increased in the future.)
 


Mage Class
Skills will now have an upgrade system. You can upgrade skills via Combat Trainer NPC.
- Current skills: Magic Ball, Power Wave, Burst, Greater Skill.
- Removed skills: Fire Ball, Cursed Ball.
- Redeveloped all the skills.
- Magic Ball is a starting skill which automatically upgrades at level 10, 18, 25, and 32.
- Skills can be upgraded up to Lv. 5 max. (Max level will be increased in the future.)
 
 

New General Skills
- Taunt - a new skill for all classes. It attracts nearby enemies to attack you.
 
 
Weapon Transformations - removed
- Weapon Transformation is replaced by Rare Item Box system.
 
 
Rare Item Box
You can recycle rare items in exchange for Rare Item Tickets, which are used to open Rare Item Boxes. Types of items that you can recycle:
- Item +7 ~ +9
- Item - Excellent
- Item - Perfect
- Item - Epic
- Item - Legendary
 
Types of boxes that can be opened:
- Lucky Box: costs x2 Rare Item Ticket
- Rare Box: costs x4 Rare Item Ticket
- Epic Box: costs x1 Epic Item Ticket
 
*Epic Item Ticket cannot be obtained yet.
 
 
 

Celestial Forge (Wing Crafting in v1.07)
Wings are now obtained via chance crafting, via the Celestial Forge. It is located right next to the Enchanter NPC.
- Requires one Celestial Crystal and one Jewel of Creation to attempt crafting wings.*
- Simply using the action button on the forge will craft wings without a confirmation message.
- There is a one time warning that appears each login before you are allowed to use the forge.
- There is about a 34% chance to roll a Wing Item.
- There is a chance to get Jewel of Creation Shards back.
- There is no guarantee you will get anything from using the forge.
 
 

New NPCs
- Sir Ezekes - a new NPC for main quests.
- Combat Trainer - a new NPC for upgrading / relearning skills.
 
 
NPC Name Changes
- "Magician" is now named Mage Shop.
- "Jewel Trader" is now named Jewel Exchange.
- "Wings Specialist" is now named Enchanter.
 
 
NPC Updates
- Enchanter (previously named Wings Specialist) no longer crafts wings.
- Blacksmith no longer sells Swell Life.

Jewel Items
Defined Jewel item uses, their rarities, and how they are obtained. (Listed below by most common -> most rare)
- Jewel of Bless: (most common) obtained from monster drops. Used to upgrade items.
- Jewel of Soul: obtained from monster drops. Used to upgrade items to +7, +8, or +9.
- Jewel of Chaos: obtained from monster drops. Used in general crafting.
- Jewel of Creation: obtained from monster drops. Used in rare item crafting.
- Jewel of Life: obtained from boss monsters, golden monsters, and loot boxes. Used to add additional option to items. (+ATK DMG / +SKILL DMG / +SPEED)
- Jewel of Guardian: (most rare) TBD
 
 
Jewel Spots
- Jewel Spots now have a chance to give any of the following: Metal Ore and Jewel of Bless\Soul\Chaos\Creation\Life Shards.
- Purple Spots have increased chance to obtain Jewel of Soul\Chaos\Creation\Life Shards.
- Purple Spots will give at least 2 shards when obtained, while Blue Spots can give a minimum of only 1 shard.
Metal Ore (~58% probability of at least x1)
----> Blue Spot: can obtain x1 ~ x6.
----> Purple Spot: can obtain x2 ~ x10.
Jewel of Bless Shards (~32% probability of at least x1)
----> Blue Spot: can obtain x1 ~ x6.
----> Purple Spot: can obtain x2 ~ x10.
Jewel of Soul Shards (~10%(blue) / 15%(purple) probability of at least x1)
----> Blue Spot: can obtain x1 ~ x3.

Crafting Changes
- Item level upgrades +7 ~ +9 now require Jewel of Soul Shard.
- Crafting ingredients were changed for all item level upgrades.
- Removed Wing item crafting. (replaced by Celestial Forge)
 
 
Monster Changes
- All Alpha monsters have ~14% probability to drop Skill Crystals.
- Removed "Thick Hide" item from all monster drops.
- Renewed monster skills.
- Certain monsters can now recover HP and MP.
- Certain monsters can cast buffs on themselves.
- You can now see monster Status Effects in the Target Window (Hot-key: [Tab]).
 
 

Devil Square - Reward Changes
The rewards earned from the reward boxes were changed.
- In Devil Square, a character earns Base EXP when killing a monster regardless of the new EXP System Adjustments.
- In Devil Square, a party will split Base EXP between members evenly, when killing a monster, regardless of the new EXP System Adjustments.
 
 

Party System
- Max party members reduced from 5 -> 3 members total.
- EXP Share range changed: 14 tiles max.
- Party members now share events which occur on NPC death; range: 14 tiles.
 
 
Quest Board Changes (previously named "Bounty Board")
- The level requirements of preexisting quests were widened.
- Multiple quests can be taken at the same time and can be completed in any order.
- Rewards are automatically given to the character's inventory on quest completion.
- If there is no inventory space available when the rewards are given then they will appear on the ground.
 
 
Quest Changes If you completed the Tutorial previously, you will need to complete the Tutorial again. Here are all existing quests in this update:

EXP System Adjustments
The EXP system will now flux depending on Character Level vs. Monster Level.
- If Character Level value is at least 10% lesser than the Monster's level, the character earns bonus EXP.
- If Character Level value is within 10% of the Monster's level, the character earns full Base EXP.
- If Character Level value is at least 10% greater than the Monster's level, the character earns a reduced EXP amount.
- EXP amounts flux between 110% (bonus), 100% (base), 80%, 50%, down to a minimum of 20% EXP.
- If in a party, the monster's killer gains their normal amount of EXP while the Party Members in range will gain 1/4 of the killer's gained EXP.
*note: EXP gain amounts from monsters level 6 or less are manually edited.

Graphical Updates
- Items that are +2 ~ +9, Excellent, Perfect, Epic, or Legendary now appear as their original item color, but they additionally have a colored glow effect.
- Increased the size of Skill Icons in the skill menu.
 
 

Other Changes
- Increased potion stack limit from x3 -> x5
- Decreased the max amount of skills slots available to 12.
- Skills can be forgotten now (right-click in skill menu).
- Adjusted monster levels to help guide players where to hunt. (E.g.: a level 10 character should be able to hunt monsters around level 10 without too much issue.)
- Adjusted monster EXP gain: monsters level 10 ~ 16 saw decreased EXP gain, while monsters over level 16 saw increased EXP gain.
- Added informative icons, such as arrows to guide players during quests, and text labels to appear above some icons, such as "Quest Task" or "Quest Available.
- Created Admin-only items for easy testing.
- Most game features are not usable until the character has completed the Tutorial quest.
- Added EXP Server Multiplier variable that can be changed to multiply EXP gains from all monsters, for promotional events!
- All Quest data was cleared from all pre-existing characters.
